The materials, legal digests, clinical guidelines, and research papers published by VAV Africa are provided for public education, human rights advocacy, and civil society capacity-building. While prepared by jurists and clinical practitioners, website materials do not substitute for formal court-appointed legal representation or clinical psychiatric intervention.
3. Open Access & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, all research reports and handbooks authored by VAV Africa are published under Creative Commons (CC BY-NC 4.0), permitting non-commercial reproduction and sharing with appropriate attribution to Voices Against Violence Africa.
4. Fiduciary Stewardship
All charitable donations made through vavafric.org are applied directly to programs aligned with our non-profit charter, including safe-shelter maintenance, litigation costs, community education, and Leadership Academy sub-grants.
